I figure for adult that XBIZ, AVN, and YNOT are probably the way to go, but who is good in the mainstream arena these days. I know PRWEB is solid but are there any free services I should consider?

send it to the adult press (AVN, XBiz) they will run it

As I said, I know where to submit for adult, I was asking where is the hot tip to submit for mainstream ... preferably free.
