If you get a job with with forged documents you will get fired on the spot if they catch you or deported if the INS catches you. So what was the point...

He couldn't get a Arizona driver's license because he didn't have a green card or was able prove he was a US citizen with a birth certificate or surrender a valid license having proved legal residence in any corresponding state with Arizona.

It was a total bullshit lawsuit to start with.

If you really think about it the biggest victims of illegal immigration's impact on wages and hiring patterns are legal Latinos and African Americans.

This is nothing new, of course. Right after the Civil War, instead of working with the newly freed huge former slave population, the powers that be just imported people en masse from Eastern Europe, Potato Famine-ravaged/English oppression-ravaged Ireland, Southern Europe, and to a lesser degree, China (until the Chinese Exclusion Act of the 1880s).

Allowing illegals to work, gives them another incentive, if they needed one, to migrate illegally.

Putting more pressure on Governments to subsidise them, subsidise those out of work or on a low wage.

It lowers tax revenues and raises the needs to spend.

Employers and landlords profiting from illegal migrants should be prosecuted and fined so much, the profit is lost and it pays for the policing of illegal migrants.

What needs to be done is to stop the incentives for the Illegal Invading Aliens to come and stay here. Stop sanctuary cities and states, use e-verify and do not give automatic citizenship unless a parent is a citizen.
