Currently I'm very much in favour of medical grade silicon in the manufacture of adult toys because of it's 100% safety, as opposed to the pthalates used in most rubber/PVC toys but it is very cost-prohibitive. Does anyone know of any companies that offer a vareity of product materials that could be priced? Even normal custom toy design places would be good. Would prefer western companies that aren't going to pirate casts like in thailand or china.

Also does anyone know of anything to do with the manufacturing of special feature plush toys? The plush itself is easy, what I'm looking for is a reliable company for the embedded system sound chip programming and build.

Any help much appreicated.
