My card expired on May 1st. I asked for a new one - used it for 2 years no issues
No card sent to date
I asked for bank verification - to date not done
4 months of daily emails asking WTF and all I get is delays and bull
They dont use names just numbers - which you would know if you contacted them
paxum32, paxum21, paxum25 being the last ones this week
