Personally, I'm against long term welfare unless it's for elderly or disabled, but the problem is these people whom are habitual offenders of public assistance usually have kids and it's the kids that suffer. These habitual offenders come in all races and they vote both republican and democrat, despite what the right loves to proclaim that it's just an inner city black issue. You go to many of the southern and western states and they are filled with white people on foot stamps, just like when you go to big cities with large black or Hispanic population which are on them..

It's just another example, where an issues is politicized to use as a wedge between two teams rather than trying to fix the issues.

Trump isn't going to be president he's on a ego trip. Normal people buy a fancy car, boat, airplane to feed their ego or mid life crisis.. trump is running for president...

He doesn't have anyone he could just hand over his Trump empire and walk away for 4 to 8 years. Once he became president he would be forced to go 100% hands off his little Trump Empire.. He has no one to step into his shoes for that period of time and much of his business would likely not survive..

At best he's betting that a run for president and the republican nomination will make him lots of money selling his brand rights.. His major income source is selling his brand rights, he's trying to expand that and on a massive ego trip. He isn't nor has he ever been a serious contender. The fact he's a front runner, shows how nieive the people whom support him are..

It will be Jeb Bush or maybe Walker as the Republican on the ticket come the 2016 elections and Trump will have long ago faded and ruined any chance they might of had.

I know what you're saying crockett...but other than a handful of sensationalist politicians over the decades, I'm unaware that the "right" "proclaim" what you are saying.

Have any of the current Republican candidates ever "proclaimed" that?
Don't get me wrong. I have known plenty of rednecks in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolina's (states I lived in the past) who would say it while swigging beer they bought with food stamps in front of their single wide trailer.

But most of them never voted anyway and came from families who were traditionally democrat.
Of course these hicks were neither democrat or republican. They were like the majority of people in the U.S. and never vote or even watch the news to know when an election is. lol

I know that almost all the people I knew like that were pro-war (idiots), believe Obama is a "muslim" (idiots), and think that blacks are all on welfare (idiots).

But the "right" "proclaiming" such nonsense? Come on man, no need to exaggerate things.

What I hear from the Republican candidates is their pitch to try and get the black vote. Which is that they believe they stand for opportunity as opposed to their claim that Democrats just want to give them "free stuff" and keep them down.

It's all b.s. of course from both sides. But I'm only responding to your statement that the "right" "proclaim" that blacks are all on welfare.

Damn it: Looks like crockett changed his posts wording from what I was addressing. Oh well... never mind.

Trump said back in April that his 2 sons and his daughter are able and ready to take the reigns of his "little" Trump empire.

              So you're wrong on that.

And I'd like to gleefully point out that EVERY prediction you've made about Trump so far has been dead wrong. lol

Trump simply isn't playing by the "business as usual" rules of the 2 party ruling class.

In the end you may be correct. But he has blew right past what the pundits (that you parrot) have predicted so far like swatting away flies.

My only prediction I've made about Trump, is he won't be on the ticket come election time. He will have figured out a way to kill his campaign so he has no chance or will drop out. He isn't a serious long term candidate, he's a blip on the radar..

I liken his support base the same as Ron Paul's support base. (Yep the other extremely popular fantasy land Republican candidate from days past) You couldn't tell a Ron Paul supporter that he wasn't gonna be a primary contender. It was the same dumb funded support biased on 20 second sounds clips in the media.. It's almost identical in the sheepish following.

Big game hunting in Africa has long been a favorite past time for rich people whom want to pretend they are the greatest hunters in the world. It's nothing new and yea it's pretty sick to shoot animals which are pretty much caged on a hunting reserve.

However it's nothing out of the ordinary.. I don't agree with it, but it's been going on for 100s of years. IMO that article was very badly written and way over board considering this is a long practiced thing..

I think Trump's a fool, but this isn't on the same lines as that dentist for example whom killed a protected animal. Sure, use it as an example of why it's bad, but to try to make it seem like they are blood thirsty killers makes me think the article writer is a crazed peta member.

You're leaving out the native African poachers who do it every day. And also you're leaving out the millions of animals being killed by African warlords as they conduct civil wars all over the continent.

I'm not for these big game hunts.. I think it's wrong, but I'm saying the article is way overboard and dramatized. They killed 3 animals between the two of them.. While yes I'd like to punch a fucker that kills an elephant like they did, it's still far from a killing rampage as the article presents..

I'm all for protecting the environment and animals. I'm also a realist in the fact, that I know this kind of thing has gone on for 100s of years and it still goes on today. Their hunting trip was nothing out of the ordinary, which is what the article should of presented..

Instead the article put way too much emphasis on this single hunt like it was some massive killing spree, instead this kind of thing happens over there quite often.. (I'm betting daily).

IMO the article was more about trying to villanize the two rich boys than to shame the actual practice of hunting caged animals...or hunting endangered or protected animals..

Obama had mass appeal to more than just a fringe base.. There are GFY Righties whom claim to have voted for Obama the first go around.

Trump does not appeal to the masses, but rather the fringe base. In other words, yes there is a very BIG diffrence.
In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

Populations are increasing and good jobs are getting more technical, the old "factory fodder jobs, no longer exist. The people to fill them are increasing. The people at the top won't pay enough taxes to support those at the bottom.

A simmering pot today, will start to boil and then what?

Are there any links between States voting v income v education?

This is much of the problem, in the past uneducated workers could always count on a factory job which was usually backed by union pay levels that meant pay was kept well above the poverty levels and the middle class was strong..

Republicans went to war against unions and have pretty much won. Combine this with loss of that 30 year factory job with retirement and medical, then you see what we end up with today... However no Republicans are ever gonna say the truth about the current situation, so instead they use illegals and welfare moms as the scape goats while laghing all the way to the bank at their flock of sheep supporters..

Ego trip or no ego trip, Trump has been scaring the shit out of the other contenders and loving every minute of it. That's why this Palin slip up is counterproductive from his perspective regardless of how serious he really is about running.

His largest support base is millennials which probably has the largest group of educated people of any generation being all companies these days think even a garbage man needs a degree.

Don't worry even though I support him, I don't think he has much chance of beating Hillary for the Democrat nomination. This election will be about whom ever wins that nomination.. In fact the only way I think a Republicans will have a chance inn hell is if the nomination goes to Hillary.

Most liberals don't like Hillary and the Democratic Party risks having people stay home and not vote if Hillary gets the nomination. This is the same reason Republicans did well in the mid terms, because Democrats stayed home and didn't vote..

Hopefully they have learned from that, this go around and nominate a candidate worth voting for.. Honestly the only way I'd vote for Hillary is if it was going to be a close call between her or Bush.. Id rather have Hillary than Bush so my vote would only be used as a block vote and certainly not a vote in support of her..

Not all of the fringe base.

To his credit, Trump isn't kissing up the the religious yahoos who will flock to Santorum or Huckabee instead.

Lots of people who's jobs have been offshored aren't necessarily from the fringe base either but they nonetheless see Trump as the only contender who gives a rat's ass about their plight.

A lot of voters, vote to keep someone out. They may not like who they vote for, they just know they don't want the other guy.

Would Romney have faired better if he hadn't of been a Mormon, would Obama have faired better if he hadn't of been a Black, will Clinton fair better if she wasn't a woman, would Trump fair better if he didn't keep putting his foot in his mouth? Think of it in terms of rejecting the floating middle of the road voters. The ones who really matter.

Trump will attract a lot of voters, but not as many as he repels to the Democrats.

Bush has the Bush legacy to contend with.

Clinton has only her husband's sex scandal to weather.

Things like this have a huge effect on how some people vote.

Trump's more dangerous than you give him credit for.
Then they are stupid if they think Trump will bring jobs here... Trump has his own shit product lines made in China and Mexico.. That doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in him bringing jobs when he sends his own jobs out of the country..

As far as him being dangerous, well I agree on that.. He'd be a disaster for this country if he managed to get elected..
