    Business Anyone else having problems on Adult Centro?

    Trying to load videos onto my shop and the thumbs will not generate. Support seems to have gone AWOL.



    Blowout deal. 880 videos, 2,400 image sets, plus many RAW videos. $500.

          Please let me know which of the support mediums you were using. Live chat or the ticket/email system? I ran a quick scan and couldn't find either live chats or tickets, but I might have missed it.

              No issues here, must be the auto filtering they do on outdated content.

                          live chat is on bottom right, i was able to click through to someone immediately

                              Try a different browser too.

                              You may find chrome or one of the others gives you better results.

                              I tend to find chrome works best these days.

                              But when something gives me problems on one browser I try IE or firefox.

                                  If you had an AdBlock enabled, chances are it could interfere with the Olark live chat plugin we use.

                                  You should also be able to easily create a ticket by emailing support at adultcentro.com, but I recommend using the email you used to make an account to make sure it goes through.
