voyeurweb.com/homeclips.com are not paying prize money

what is going on to voyeurweb.com/ homeclips.com. They used to be fair with paying but it seems they are not willing to pay me the money i won 9 month ago. First the said they have sent the checks but i didnt get them. and that was the first mail i didn't get ever here. Ok, it might been lost, i've asked them to send it again by track able mail and Leo (i think the main guy) just telling me "i'll send it next week". "The next week" continues from February.
What can i do to make them be fair? I have had some luck in fighting with pirates using DMCA law suit warning letters. they didnt do their part of partnership.

Wow things must be bad over there, I think they took a huge hit with that guy Ivo fucked them and ran off with most of their data.

I don't know if you can DMCA things you sent in yourself, that seems to be borderline. Especially if you did agree to some terms. Now if they don't honor those terms, it might be a different way but I am not sure DMCA is the right way.

Talk to a real IP lawyer... that are none here on GFY that I know of and I'd be very careful taking on a case basis legal advice here.

Most people are full of shit when it comes to this area - especially those self proclaimed pirate fighters that thinks they know law.

You're not the only one to get ripped by the Voyeurweb crew. They're the ones that used to run ProAdult. It was Igor, the proported owner of the original Voyeurweb that took all the member data when he got canned. I would watch where I stepped when around that bunch. Nothing is as it seems with them.
