- A few samples of the content
- A screenshot of traffic stats for the past year
- Sales for the past year? (Not dollar amounts if you don't want to, but maybe sales frequency?)
- Affiliate sales stats too please
- Maybe a short log of changes to your site in the past year too?
- A screenshot of your website as it used to appear.
- Also any ideas about what you think went wrong.
The idea is to see what your sales used to be like, and to to try to figure out what has changed that caused your sales to drop off. And maybe there will be a few people here who can help you to identify some problems, suggest improvements, and help get you back on track. I for one would be happy to contribute some time to the cause.Comment

1. Get Epoch as secondary processer for the cascade IF you do more than $20,000 a year with CCBill. If not, wait til you do. Epoch costs $1000 yearly.
2. Hire a designer to tweak your current design/re-design only the 'important parts' (main landing page, join page). I don't know your Members Area so we're probably just talking the Tour so only a couple pages are needed.
Remember too that any major change could hurt bookmarkers. Depends on your traffic and promotions. Good luck with everything!!

For your best chance of succeeding you need to adopt a niche that Natalie actually suits, the glamour look is definitely not going to work, "Divvy" is correct, you need to brand around slaggy/cheap look that comes natural to the model, perhaps even offer members meets to bump up the subscription appeal, bareback gangbangs, gloryhole, dogging and anything else proper nasty that's where you want to be. Also you need to shoot your content in the UK, the Spanish holiday look just does nothing, perhaps move back, get on benefits, get a council flat and bingo, you'll be quids in Kerching
