a) I get a tube script, fill it with videos from sponsors, and change every title to unique text (tube-site.com/url-words-would-be-matching-the-titles)

b) I get the same tube script, fill it with exactly the same videos, but titles don't get change. This would mean, that titles like this, may be or thousands of different websites, and even more places on the Internet, at the same time.

Lets say, it is a large site, 100,000 of these clips. What difference does hand description make (do they make any difference), and how would you estimate daily or monthly difference in traffic from search (google / yahoo / bing).

In general, I am asking, because duplicate content is seen as an issue, but in reality, it does not work like this, as far as google.com / search. Websites with a lot of google traffic, can be based on duplicate content, and it does not seem to be getting in the way, of ranking well.

Would it make a difference, or not, and if so how big?
