I've been saying for a while one of the big problems is that a lot of these communities are complaining about a heavy police presence, but there is a lot of crime in these communities and the same people complaining about the cops are the same people saying shit like, "We don't snitch."

The cops go where the crime is. Until they start doing shit to clean up their communities this type of stuff will continue to happen.
