    do you consider this a hate crime "I want to kill white people"
    will the media and the government consider this a hate crime?

      "Hate crime" is a legal designation tool for prosecutors to increase sentencing. Since the perp is dead, there will be no prosecution, and thus no hate crime designation.

                                          Why do you care what the media thinks?

                                          They are losing power every year due to social media and the interwebs. The only people who tune in are those they are successful at dividing against one another so they can get views and make more money in advert rates.

                                              Whenever a sniper targets a group of people and executes them -- it is a hate crime of some sort.

                                              Unless, the sniper is in a declared war zone killing enemy combatants -- that would be the only exception.
