Just turned 42 and I started smoking weed last year. Never really interested me before. Tried it once in the army at Ft. Lewis but didn't care for it. Now I smoke or dab everyday and I sleep so good.

Have you looked into CBD? If not, check it out. Supposed to give you the medical effects without the stoned feeling. I have a bottle of CBD vape juice, but haven't really tried it enough to say whether it works or not. They've got concentrates, liquids, all kind of options.

Try vaping with a machine (less hangover) or even better, a vape PEN (no inhaling, more like a cigar experience).

When you're not high, go for a long walk then eat a meal with 40% fat, 40% protein, and 20% carb, eat it and enjoy the feeling.
