I've posted this in dating threads before...but never get an answer.

How do these 'white-label' sites get their members. And by members, I mean REAL members. You know, guys and girls that are actually online and want to meet.

Sites like AdultFriendFinder and Ashley Madison spend millions (and so do their affiliates) on google ads and other mainstream advertising to ensure that they are providing their members with actual people to meet, of both sexes.

I kind of find it hard to believe that all of the others have any real female members to speak of, and likely a very small number of active male members as well.

Do you really think that females are clicking on the banners found on most of the tube sites, and other adult sites, with such catchy ad slogans as, 'Fuck a real whore tonight' or 'These skanks are waiting to suck you off'. Nope, I don't think so.

My point is...sometimes there should be more to this business then parting the customer from their money. And from what I can see, thats all that the majority of these 'dating' sites offer.

That and the fact that not once has anyone spoken up and taken the opportunity to say...you are wrong. This is how we provide a quality experience for our members.

Last one I promised had real members I joined for free, found no women anywhere near where I live (real) but immediately started getting spammed into my inbox I'd have to pay for in order to read. Did you know hundreds of girls just want to fuck a guy with a profile showing no pics even if they are hundreds of miles away?!

I agree with you, industry likes shooting itself in the foot though. So easy to be legitimate and offer a real product but steal steal steal is the name of the game.

These sites do not offer any value to the customer. Ask yourself...would you feel alright advertising that you are selling iPhones and then only giving the purchaser an empty box? These dating sites are no more ethical then that. A dating site without any real female members is every bit as empty.
