Actually it does, because we have heard over and over from conservative climate deniers that it's impossible for man to have global effects on the Earth..

More so, a very common belief from religious fanatics whom are also usually right wingers, is all a animals were put on Earth for man to make use of. If man is causing the extinction of these animals it must mean that man can have an effect at the global level and the invisible guy in the sky must not be keeping count of the animals he put here for us to do what ever we wanted with..

The very fact that man is to blame for this extinction, goes against core beliefs of the right wing... There for its obvious this must be a plot by Al Gore or PETA..

none of that has anything to do with your op. the simple undeniable fact is climate change is nothing compared to the bigger issue of global extinction. either way, keep on trumpeting climate change, because you've certainly not changed the hearts and minds of those you try to persuade, maybe you'll get lucky before you're extinct.
