    So what's the deal with Motherless?

    Aside from weird domain name, what's the status/reputation or Motherless tube site? Is it legal or pirate tube? Is it legal to embed their videos into my site or I might get in trouble for that?

              They don't give a fuck and you should be wary of even browsing there let alone embedding on a url with ties to you personally. They frequently host stuff that has got to be highly illegal, and I'm not talking about piracy, though there's plenty of that too.

                      Yup, highly illegal as in Child Porn to put it bluntly. Motherless is a pedophile's wet dream site. I wouldn't even dare browsing that site. Unless you want this nice guy showing up at your door....

                              Not sure, maybe they don't make enough money to go after? They do seem to remove stuff occasionally, so maybe DMCA safe harbour?. Or maybe they share the data with the powers that be so they are allowed to continue as informers.

                                      Though, a reputable someone told me that they have been cleaning up their act, as far as illegal content goes. Could be wrong. I know their ad space is pretty expensive on a CPM basis.

                                                  you guys must not have been on there for a while???

                                                  when they first started they had a lot of illegal stuff, now they are making too much money from ads so they delete anything that might get them in trouble.

                                                  i guess that's how they got so popular, hosting stuff no one else would. now they have the same stuff as all the other tubes
