google voice.. just use hidemyass or other VPN to get you a US IP so you can set it up..
Once setup you can access from any GEO IP..

Google voice supports SMS

Buy one of those cheap flip phones from Walmart or Best Buy for like 20 bucks...as long it has Verizon as the carrier in the US.
1. Purchase Phone "Already Comes With $10.00 On It.
2. Put Battery In And Power "ON"
3. Press "SEND BUTTON" Follow Instructions To Activate As "Pre-Paid Plan"

Each Number Should Take Approximately 60 Seconds To Change (costs nothing)
1. Dial *611
2. Press "4" Once On The Main Menu
3. Press "4" Again To Change Number
4. Press "2" For New Number
5. Press 1 To Keep Current Area Code
6. Press 2 For A Different Area Code
Once Number Is Changed, Dial *228 To Reactivate New Number

Rinse and repeat as many times as you want. Your welcome and go fuck yourself
