              It is Adwords, the reason is probably it being adult site. I don't think they give a shit worth about unique content when it comes to Adwords, if the site is just safe, is about what it says it is, etc. At least unique content is not "ranking" factor in Adwords. However is your site is pure shit, they may make manual action to spare visitors from shitty experience.
