You can't sue them because you agreed to their TOS. Companies aren't in the habit of clipping accounts that are productive with viable traffic to sell.

Maybe there are variables that YOU YOURSELF a are unaware of that have changed within your own traffic streams recently.

I have legal traffic from forums and facebook, i working IM several years, never had problems. why will have? All traffic is natural normal , this guys are SCAM .

Those stats that you show are just weird

So the majority of your users are returning YET they have a very low time on site. Regardless if your scamming them or not (or redirecting unaware mainstream clients to adult traffic) , your traffic is at the very least non productive.

Yes, i have visitors on images, they stay 3-8 seconds on page, i know that my traffic is not google traffic, but if they are CPA network, they must say that.

with my friend we have been just checking some of the biggest piracy sites, and the main sponsor there is exoclick. friend is spending tons of money on content for his sites, and exoclick is giving money to people who are stealing from my friend ... nothing better to say than go fuck yourself exoclick, you piracy supporting parasites! pure fucked up thieves, nothing else, howgh ... cant wait to hear explanation on some show ... scumbags

i ear you, however their answer shouldn't be: "is not organic traffic", but "we have reason to think that your traffic is fake that's why..."

Their answer was that buyers were complaining because it was shit traffic and they had to refund them their money back. Something i've had to ask them for a few times when these assholes slip into the network. They've always been pretty good about refunding money wasted on what is clearly bullshit traffic. This happens on Run of Network buys where your ad is being shown on many sites and these assholes slip in and a 1000.00 a day budget gets spent in 5 minutes with 0 to show for it.

When you are the one buying traffic, and unless its a direct placement (i.e. a single ad spot on a single site), you are dealing with assholes like the OP constantly which cause you to burn through a lot of cash very quickly. He knows what he's doing. He knows he's full of shit. He knows why he got banned. He knows why he's not getting paid. AND if his traffic wasn't complete shit, people would be begging him all day, every day for it. But they're not. He's pissed because he couldn't rip off a bunch of webmasters for a few dollars. He can go fuck himself.

That is not "natural traffic." That is SPAM.

Focus on getting SEO traffic. Nobody likes or wants chatters and spammers.

And by the way, there is no "legit traffic" from facebook as they don't allow any adult content whatsoever.
