That source is claiming Trump would be better because he may/might bring back his troops home (bringing back troops home is good for democrat fans).
Usually democrat fans would critique republican candidate for being more war mongering than democrat candidate, but (according to the quoted source) it is the opposite now. So in a nutshell you are now bashing republican candidate for being less war mongering than democrat candidate (again - according to source's narrative).

NK is a failed State. So what if they invade S. Korea. The West will lose some cheap imported goods. NK hasn't the money or ability to start a real war. This isn't the Nazis who could have overrun Europe and Russia if left alone.
The US's biggest problem is after losing the Korean War because of the Chinese , who were also a failed State. They have built China into the second biggest World economy and soon to be First. Stupid or what?
