The goal of your target audience is to watch porn. Your goal is for them to click ads/buy something. The best features are stuff that make it easier to find what they want and convince them most to spend.

Great question, I guess the easiest answer is a traffic source that can provide you with income! The tools to let you select unique, convertible keywords to convert your traffic! Tube sites that select and offer incentives for uploading good content. I see you are on xHamster, they provide:
"Videos with length <6 minutes appear on category pages, videos with length >6 minutes appear on main and category pages. Videos with length >12 mins are coming on main and category pages with your 100% revenue" This is YOUR material, use it wisely and choose sites that let you maximize your monetization. But what do I know ;)

All the biggest tubes seemed to have great luck with the "post full length porn videos for free" feature. I would suggest implementing that one for sure, OP.

High quality videos, 1080p full length no malicious browser redirect no more than 1 popunder/popup per 12/24 hours. ability to go full screen. ability to browse more videos in the full screen after current video finishes. like xvideos but xvideos player has bug. apropriate tags , not more than 6. and no spamming of tags. fast loading website, CDN is a must. on hover thumbs rotating , i.e. video preview using thumbs. default video player sound set to 10-30% option to watch video in either different qualities like 480p, 720p,1080p option to download video. anonymouse commenting. pornstar name below video linked to pornstar page showing more videos of that portstar. show related videos dont show gay/shemale videos on main page/index page dont show gay/shemale videos on my related videos unless i am watching gay/shemale videos related videos should be very related show quality thumbs. show title with thumb, as full as possible, dont just show 2-3 words, if thats the case then add title tag so when i hover the thumb i can see full title.. and there are more things.
