hmmm ya it's a tough spot, what do you think about deleting old videos and having maybe 10 total, as you add a new one you delete the oldest.
so if they really like one you uploaded it might be gone later and they would have to join the site to see it again?
I also like the idea of really short preview clips, only 15-30 seconds with the full run time advertised so if they really like it they will want to see the full clip. although on tubes people seem to hate really short clips and even the tube admins don't like them.Comment

You will never get a Homepage placement with short clips, anything under 5 mins these days. I also like the idea of deleting videos and 'rotating' them (re-uploading them) but none of the major tubes would allow me to do this.
So Colmike7.....some paysite owners have special relationships with tubes? What a shock. LOL
