I?m not sure if it?s allowed but I got a GoDaddy coupon for 30% on new products such as domain name registrations (normally, you only get 20 or 25%). I don?t have any domains on my wish list at the moment, so if you were planning on registering a bunch of domains, this will save you a lot of money.

If you can use it, send me an email and I?ll send you the coupon code. Again, not sure if it generally works or only on my name and it?s first come first serve and free of course

Another well known coupon code is ?WOW30? which also takes 30% off but I think you need to meet some requirements such as the minimum order amount. It worked for me a couple of times.

Another thing to consider is that GoDaddy inflates the prices on their site and a 20% coupon usually only brings the price back to a normal level. So even if you get 30% off on your GoDaddy order, the same order may still be cheaper at another registrar without any coupons. You can save even more money by comparing the prices for the domains in your basket with the prices at one or two other registrars. The price difference is sometimes incredible.

Thanks - just to explain, domains like the ones below you would either develop or redirect them to your existing Ex-Girlfriends site:

(For promotions - like domains displayed on banners - easy to remember domains are best and you can even brand them)


You would use short, abbreviation domains like below for shorting members’ profile urls:

exgf.to
exgfs.to

Like http://exgfs.to/mike either goes to http://exgirlfriends.to/member/mike or http://myownexgirlfriendssite.com/users/profiles/mike (...)


I do that myself and have my own shortening domains for my main site :)

.to is a ccTLD.

Pick 10 keywords and see for how many of those a .to domain ranks in the top 100 then ask yourself why.

Well, for one they get type-in traffic. It's actually a stable country domain that's been around since 1995 and will still be here in the future. There are very little restrictions and I personally just like them (shorter than .link or .click or .website, ...)

I guess that is because .to domains are being used as forwarding domains just like most .link and .click domains.

Well, to be honest selling .to domains is tough but if you find the right buyer, they can be quite lucrative.

Keep in mind that .xxx has been around longer than .porn and .adult, so it has more registered domains and can usually be sold higher. If you need to choose between a couple of domains, I'd go for the .xxx for now. Unless you like the other one better
