                          2 faced cats are a common enough mutation but this doesn't look real, the eyes wouldn't fit so smoothly in the critter's head.

                              Those eyes look blurry and that stuff. The eye area is not even properly focused. Though that effect can form in my brain too.

                                  Obvious fake. You can tell from the camera angle and how it's filmed. Also notice how blurry the eyes are in the small amount of time you actually get to see them.

                                          It's fake. If you freeze it around 0:45 you will see that the cats fur and eyelashes also exactly line up with eye right below it.
