By far the best program to use right now is PlugRush with the new responsive widgets. If you want pop-unders, I'd try out PopCash.

thanks for reply brother popcash already using.Plugrush i know about it used mobile redirect simply pathetic as it causes google deindexing from search and they force redirect traffic that increase bounce rate and so i dont preffer plugrush.Juicy redict is better as it is once in 24 hour and also no google webmaster error.though thanks for your suggestion, infact looking for best CPM site if you know

They are all worthless. There is so little return on that kind of adverts, that you can do much better investing a little time in "native advertising"
