Split it in three parts 40% for PBN and SEO network including for my own sites and client services. 30% on adult sites (if I am still doing adult at that time) and 30% on mainstream sites (mostly affiliate and a few adsense ones). Plan properly with minimum risk and maximum profit.

na, there's as much chance for success in this biz as in most others, "there is no money in adult" is just something that gets thrown around here a lot by people who assumed success would come easy and people who would prefer not to promote more competition.

Go to Zillow.com and watch the foreclosures in your area (or any area if you don't mind traveling). It's easy to triple your money if you want to flip a house. If you want to rent it's easy to make back the purchase price within 5 years. I like the rent game because it's less work up front (usually just cleaning and minor fixes) then you have a new monthly income right away. 50K will get you two nice houses to rent. After insurance and property taxes you will make around 700.00 a month depending on location.

You have posted it here, so I have answered to what most members here are doing here... You have not posted this at real estate forum, gold mining forum, hi tech forum or any other " lets make money forum" .... Thus I have offered my formula which works for me for about 9 years....

I have NO expertise in gold mining, got really "burned" 5 years ago when I bet ( on a sure bet ) on uranium futures and even before that on coffee commodities market.

But what I know, is this biz and that is why I have posted it. I have nothing to gain or loose. I am happy ( except dealing with geeks who know little of business) where i am and was willing to offer my unbiased opinion....

Anyway if you are willing to invest into a Mars landing you could buy for 50 grand a toilet seat warmer, if that, and if you are into gold then...Mark Twain was right:

" A gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar standing next to it" .... This will apply to most of the advice here...
