What's so special about that? You have never needed a background check to buy an assault rifle. The only wait time at all is for handguns and of course special permit needed for a full auto..

No need to build one, you can buy one any day of the week face to face..

I couldn't even buy a pellet gun in NJ for my husband at Christmas without a permit or license - whatever they needed.

Our army has enough assault rifles, no need to make one. Actually some hundred thousand was just recently destroyed out of the way (although that seemed quite pointless).
