Gay Russia?..

I thought it was interesting when he was with that guy Viktor, and the penny started to drop. Credit to him, because many outsiders would be too self-righteous to see it from a Russian perspective.

What I've got from the series, is that Russia is rooting itself in tradition because it feels encroached upon. The West from the west, the Muslim insurgents from the south, the Chinese from the east. Russia is a big country, but it's held together by a safety pin and I think the Russian posters here know it.
