          So fuckin' what? You provided the material and asked them to publish it? You have to licence the copyright non-exclusive for it to be published ... That is just standard contract language.

                      I thought PP just collected and paid money NOT published porn videos... What am I missing here ? Alas: I have a web site selling movies, a Joe Schmoe buys one using Pay Pal then they own the publishing??? ( non exclusive my ass) so Joe Schmoe can sell it on e bay??
