I've been looking at Salesforce. Going to run a trial shortly and see how it goes. Read about it all the time online but don't know anyone that actually uses it.

      Have you tried it?

It was wayyyyyy too expensive for me because I have between 35-40 users. I can go up to 40 users with insightly before jumping to the next price level which is only 100.00. My current users are at 35 and I pay 50.00 a month. SO FREEKING WORTH IT and has increased my business and connection to my contractors/customers greatly.

If you are just one person then Salesforce may be good but not for a lot of users.

Salesforce is my biggest client. I record all of the audio narration of their support and training.

There's no one that can even come close to providing the product / service that they provide.

          Spend you some brain.

Sugar CRM seems to be for teams. They have a 10 license minimum, although I see an instance of it on my NAS. I'm not seeing a free version on their site though.
