I've been looking at Salesforce. Going to run a trial shortly and see how it goes. Read about it all the time online but don't know anyone that actually uses it.

It was wayyyyyy too expensive for me because I have between 35-40 users. I can go up to 40 users with insightly before jumping to the next price level which is only 100.00. My current users are at 35 and I pay 50.00 a month. SO FREEKING WORTH IT and has increased my business and connection to my contractors/customers greatly.
If you are just one person then Salesforce may be good but not for a lot of users.Comment

Sugar CRM seems to be for teams. They have a 10 license minimum, although I see an instance of it on my NAS. I'm not seeing a free version on their site though.Vacares - Web Hosting, Domains, O365, Security & More - Paxum and BTC Accepted
