        again, you've now distracted from the overall problem, cops being overly aggressive or however we need to phrase it, highlighting the race part of it distracts from and distorts the total issue.
        Based on what most are blacks, when it comes to getting contact with police? Not at least based on your posted chart. And even that is so, that still doesn't tell that much. Maybe police harasses and arrests blacks more than white, just because of racism, and they can't shoot everybody they harass without reason.

        I have already stated the overal problem about your police and legal system in general; and both sucks and hard. I think I have been quite clear about it.

                                        yes, and you state that as if Americans like myself and all the others here are completely unaware to the fact we have a problem, in spite of all of us talking about, you know, the problem.

                                        now we can go on a tangent and get distracted by such things as the intensity of the problem or black v white, etc, or we can look at solutions like the one posted in the OP, clearly, that is a video that should be studied and used in training police, and such things will go a long way towards solving the problem.
