        no it does not. what it does show, is that based on the % of whites arrested, whites are disproportionately more likely to be shot and killed by police than blacks or hispanics.

        more blacks have interaction with cops and ultimately arrests than whites, yet more whites are killed by cops.

        see, now we're distracted from the overall problem- cops shooting people.

                                    Of all victims: 52 %
                                    Not attacking when killed: 46 %
                                    Not attacking when killed.. 44 %

                                    The number goes down, not up. But for blacks the situation is opposite. Your "blacks being more criminals" applies only to all victims (and even then police may shoot more easily blacks, but we can't determine it from these numbers). Without racism the last two rows would equal the percentage as in the all victims, but those don't. From all victims 31 % are blacks, but killed without attacking police; 39-42 %.

                                                            that's not my point, my point is of overall people who come into contact with police and get arrested, most are blacks. in spite of that (other problem), more whites than blacks are killed by cops.

                                                            again, you've now distracted from the overall problem, cops being overly aggressive or however we need to phrase it, highlighting the race part of it distracts from and distorts the total issue.
