The article is purely bullshit - the first sentence says it all: "Newly declassified FBI documents prove that the government knew Hitler was alive and well, and living in the Andes Mountains long after World War II.". If there was declassified FBI documents stating that Hitler was still alive, it would have been front page news on every newspaper in the world.
Anything is possible. So many people believed in Hilter that at the very end they would rather kill their children instead of having to raise them in a world where Hitler wasn't their leader, so it's not far fetched that a small group of hard core devoted people could have tried to sneak him out out of the country at the very last moment.
However, multiple groups did try to escape Germany and had very little success. The higher up Nazis who did get out of the country did so by doing it on their own, but they were able to do so because no one knew who they were. Hilter couldn't have done that.
A lot of people think it is strange that very little trace of Hitler has been found, but the truth is the center of Berlin was bombed to ashes and very little left standing. Assuming he was buried in a shallow grave outside of his bunker there, his body would have been bombed into dust. You burn two bodies and then bomb them for 72 hours....
