    How many weeks do you guys need to respond to open ticket, so far is 5-6 and nothing.

                      I had to bring my problem to the board to be noticed.

                                                  Anyways, I know Paxum was having banking issues a little while ago, but they were able to resolve the issues we were having with them, and have been settling funds to us without issue recently.
