they are that bad for you?
i like them, like their support, they helped me many times when i needed.
please share some thoughts, why others are better? maybe it's time to switch...
They went from being one of the best hosts ever to being one of the worst. I had servers there since they started practically and had to move them all away a few years ago. They have no interest in running their business well and seem to be no longer be capable of doing so.
. Yes, fewer illegal immigrants working equates to more job opportunities for American citizens.
Still recommend amerinoc! These thing can happen with any host. No one will give you gurantee of 100% up time..... Atleast they are quick in replying abd support are great!

The days of a few minute support replies are long gone.
You can wait hours, depending when you hit them up.

In this day and age you absolutely can limit downtime and get 100% or close to 100% uptime if you plan out a setup and use failover dns/ips.

downed again, since like 2 hours, at least my sites.
with so many downtimes i'm having there or real slowdowns in "peak" hours it's no strange google is not picking up my sites for listing for fuck sake or my sales went to shit.
i do not have knowledge about hacking sites/servers etc.. so i'm asking you guys here about ur experience?
1. let's assume you have ALL your sites hacked, it's tiny piece of code which attach to your tgpx and wordpress core files and redirect mobile traffic - is it possible that server support could not remove such code since January (code is coming back all the time a day or few days after it becomes removed)?
2. also wanted to ask you guys is it possible to put some monitor or such files so support guys would be notified when core file becomes altered (hacked)?
this is what happend to me. usual answer from Amerinoc guys is "reinstall WP, no plugins, new theme" - i did all of it, hack comes back next day, "new ftp password" - did few times. No matter what i'm doing hack is coming back, so it really that hard to track hack when it is hacking same files all the time - i'm not attacking guys from Amerinoc - i really like them i just need opinion from other webmasters here is it possible that support can't track hack since january? could hacking be that shitty?
its either that you have malware yourself and it infects host everytime that you connect to ftp or that viruses "sits" deeper than in wordpress installation, maybe in whole PHP ?

New, fresh install of Wordpress, first plugin you download is Word Fence. Only use plugins and themes from the Wordpress.ord depository. WordFence keeps a copy of everything on Wordpress.org and can compare/prevent any such file from being altered. Should you still become hacked, WordFence will show you exactly what file and how to resolve it.

i have wordfence and all plugins are from wordpress depo and only those with positive reviews.
wiped out my pc with combofix, not sure if it's removed any threat but for sure removed a lots of files i do needed so i needed to went through quaratined folders and dig up lots of my work, i recommend using it with care it's not a program for noobs.
generally speaking - yes, Kaspersky should be better than Avast.
combofix is great, but you should always read manual before running it first time...
did you check combofix log what it actually removed ?
