Pimproll closed up rewards store?

I realise this was just for old webmasters but some notice would have been nice or is this just a glitch? I cashed some in less than a year ago but still had quite a few in there.. now nothing Thought PR was one of the good guys.. oh well

Think PR was the only one left.. obviously only a matter of time.. anyway a courtesy email or automatic conversion to $ would have been nice. Support was always good with them.. beyond the call.. etc

Hmm.. sounds promising.. could just be a glitch that hasn't worked itself out fully yet. I'm only seeing revenue with no mention of points store or points. Apologies to the Pimproll crew if I've jumped the gun..

PR are still very much in the game - However, as an affiliate it's getting harder to sort out the wheat from the chaff with their offerings - The ancient stats don't help...

Seems Pimproll conveniently slotted a proviso in their "new" terms (naturally amended without notice) that they expire (steal) points after 90 days no sale. Greg knows how long I have been with them. These guys have zero loyalty. Shady

hey guys, i didn't see this one originally so sorry for the late response.

We did change our terms of service about 5 months ago and we had a disclaimer on the login page for 30 days so people wouldn't miss it. I know it sucks losing your points but getting a sale inside of 90 days is not too much to ask for at this point.

We do have some new positive things coming out with regards to Pimp Roll in the coming months so hopefully that will offset things somewhat in the future.

Exactly. Not receiving important TOS changes stipulated in an email, especially when related to payouts or rightly earned bonuses with added on conditions (reasonable or not) but buried in a subsection with supposed 'notice' on a login page is deceptive at best. Funny how companies don't hesitate to email you products/services when its advantageous to -them- but not often the other way around. So long Pimproll from an early adaptor.. pimp33xx.

Oh sure, and I totally understand them wanting to adopt whatever policy they see fit.. even phase out the points system completely. Personally I don't like the new policy.. really would be no different to nixing someones $balance if they didn't reach the min payout by a certain time or didn't request a payout or didn't get enough sales in a period. Anyhow, my main beef is if I was notified by email of the changes then that would have been more than reasonable on their part and I would have acted upon that (cashed in my points ). As Trax mentioned.. people use software or whatever else or just time out for a while then come back. But we all have email pretty much everywhere we go and can be reached if there is something significant we need to know. That would have been cool and more than fair and in tune with their top notch service I enjoyed
