TheSquealer works out religiously for hours a day doing MMA.
Seems to be one of the nicer guys though, I can't imagine someone pissing him off in a way that he would need to be violent. He will fuck someone up with his words easily.

used to box when i was younger, love the training more than the sparring part, was also before i knew how to cut weight at all so that didn't help. getting repetitively hit in the head seemed kind of off putting for some reason though.. heh

I most likely couldn't fight my way out of a paper bag. I 46, over weight, but working on it. I've lost thirty pounds in the past year, and this week I started my military style PT work outs. Give me a few years and a few classes in martial arts and I'll be ready to kick ass.

This is good to know information, because we all know it's mature for grown men to use violence to settle disputes. But just to chime in, the only fight I've ever been in was a knockout punch that my opponent didn't see coming because I was taught by a fighter how not to telegraph a punch. Part luck, part knowledge...but he went down, and I'm glad it was on grass instead of concrete, because that can really change the situation.
A lot of times in a fight the real damage can come when someone flops to the ground onto an unforgiving surface. That's when just throwing a simple punch can result in a murder charge, so it's really not worth getting involved unless your life is threatened.
