    Girls who laugh at your offer then have no money?

    This industry is very weird sometimes. I emailed this one porn girl to film and she responds back "LOL you can't afford my rate"...not even a counter offer or a discussion... just LOL you can't afford my rate...

    then I see her on twitter complaining she doesn't have enough money to pay her rent

    So how the fuck does that make any sense whatsoever? I see a lot of this happening and I think there are a lot of paranoid schizophrenics running around the "porn" world. Delusional, think they're famous, etc. I knew one guy no matter where we went he told EVERYone that he was a "pornstar". The cashier, people walking down the street, the dealer at the blackjack table, the bartender, the concierge. The guy is not a star and doesn't do porn. He was your typical mope. I knew one girl who had a make-up artist, an agent, a publisher, an assistant, another agent, etc but she is dead broke. Like WTF?

    It's a combination of ego, delusion and paranoid schizophrenia

          Back when I was still shooting models this kind of thing happened all the time. Some girls would rather quibble about rates, about what they think is "industry standard" etc, and stay broke, than come in for a few hours of changing in and out of clothes and... posing... and going away with several hundred bucks cash. I always found it baffling.

          Luckily there are dozens of others who are always ready to step in and take that money who aren't quite as ego-driven, short-sighted, and stupid, as those other ones.

              It ceases to amaze me...if you're worth as much as you say you are or your rate is so great then HOW can you be broke? It defies logic

                  Working with women isn't hard, you just have to work around their quirks. It's the reason that women, mostly, never make for good leaders or effective business people.

                  Women serve a purpose and naturally take care of children better because their nature gives an unconditional love response.

                      Sounds like something a 'know-it-all' BF of said porn girl would reply with, as a sure-fire method of pre-negotiating a higher rate for his woman.

                      And if the truth were known, he's probably the sole beneficiary of any porn money she does happen to earn. Because he's likely a jobless, video-game playing loser whom she's smitten with, and terrified of losing, because he has tattoos. Porn girls can be a strange lot.

                              There was this one guy at a convention a few year's back I offered $50 an hour for some simple shit. He agreed, then right at the last minute claimed he wanted $200 an hour AND the content!

                              I said no and the shoot was cancelled. He then went around the convention "bragging" to everyone that I couldn't afford his "rate"

                              At night he was bumming drinks and food off of everyone and couldn't afford to stay in the hotel so stayed up the entire last night with his stuff
