Allocated address space that can be assigned is worth a lot more than most of the crap domain names people what to sell around here.

It's actually something that can be monetized and useful immediately without further expense in branding.

You cant buy just one. You can buy a minimum of /24 which is 256 ips. I however suggest you buy no less than /22 for routing reasons.

            Where? I sell.

What are you paying per IP? Are you interested in Leasing? I have a lot of IP's that I have owned since early 2000 and may be willing to give some up.

I have some RIPE available. I believe they are 2 x /21's off top of head. Come with LIR.

These would be for purchase (i.e. change of ownership) not lease. Although I have that stuff as well. Both month to month ARIN as well as term commitment stuff. Prices and terms will vary. RDNS delegation a non-issue.

Let me know what you're paying per ip, and we can go from there.

IP space used to be allocated without charge. Around 1996 I just missed out on one of the last free "no questions asked" allocations in AU; I could have had myself a /22 for nothing. Someone was nice enough to give me one of their unused /24's not long after that. Wonder how much it's worth now.

                                  Not a lot.

Most of those purchasing ip space outright are companies like Microsoft, data centers, ISP's or alike. You might get an occasional ad network in there, but my point is that the buyers are looking for larger allocations typically. Most of those I hear from are looking /19 - /16's, which are a pretty penny at market value.

You can pick up /22's, /21's and such here and there. The key really comes down to the ability to transfer the allocation. By that I mean, you will need to transfer the ASN/LIR as if you're buying a company. Otherwise, unless legacy, you are going to have issues from the RIR justifying the space and they could reclaim a part of it.

All the same, it's an interesting market whether leasing or purchasing.
