Having photos on the internet is one thing, what are the odds someone you know sees and recognizes. But putting your photos with links to Facebook, families Facebook, twitter, etc leaves you open to every pervert in the world making your life hell.

It is my understanding that he was hacking/cracking the content and posting it himself or through proxies he established. It wasn't really a bunch of irate ex boyfriends posting although I am sure that happened too. Not that it would change their liability as well, and I bet any guy that really did post his ex's content is probably wondering when the hard knock of Johnny Law is going to strike their door next.
For the record, those victims did have a right to privacy and a right to the content that was shot in the privacy of their own homes.
