Question about Content Rights..

Is there a generic form I can use to have the photographer sign over the rights to pictures and videos they shot for me?

I am paying for him to photo and video and I want 100% control over the content.

Be aware that there are very strict rules as to what activities can be considered as work for hire with respect to copyright. See:
