                                  Thing is, he does not look homeless.

                                  In the UK we have many who pretend to be homless and are making huge amounts in begging and then go back to expensive houses.

                                  That said if I see somone who looks homless and has a dog I always (if I can) pop into a shop and buy them some food and a bag of dog food as I hate the thought of any dog suffering.
