no.. you added in the "dropping" part to my "hillary is out of the 2016 race."

i never stated hillary is dropping out of the race, again, it's right there in the title- hillary is out of the 2016 race.

Take it down a notch, man! You'll feel better.

      Fact check time:

      - Hillary is not officially in the race, yet.

      - If she enters, she will win.

      - Other dems know this - no one substantial is willing to go against her.

      - Warren won't win. She's awesome and smart and a fantastic lady but Hillary would beat her. If anything, Hillary should ask Liz Warren to be her running mate.

      - Republicans are a joke. All kinds of idiots have jumped in and all will lose to Jeb Bush. Jeb Bush is the republicans best chance to beat Hillary, and, he has already snatched up most of the donors and received most of the cash (just like George W did. So much for Jeb being his "own man"). Even Mitt Romney backed out.

. Forget Chris Christie - he has already fucked New Jersey out of the billions due to them from Exxon, and is as dirty as they come. He'll never win either.

      Hillary FTW.
Officially she is not running, but she will - she's been intentionally heading in this direction for some time now - and when she runs she will win. The Republican front runner right now is Bush, and no one outside of Florida really knows who he is. Other than him being Governor of Florida and the son of a President, most people know nothing about him. Hillary on the other hand has a massive leg up because everyone knows her from her time as First Lady, then Senator, then Secretary of State.

I don't really believe in Hillary myself, so I'll just wait and see when they have the debates. That's when I make up my mind who I will vote for if I do indeed vote.

I would rather support an Elizabeth Warren of even a Bernie Sanders over Hillary but thats not going to happen. So in the end it will be Hillary and the upside of her is if for no other reason just so Bill would be back in the White House. The entertainment value in the right wing response to that would be golden.

I think she's more talented than this, but the Bill thing is a huge draw. Nobody should imagine though, in reality, that we'll have Bill back. He's a shadow of his former self. Also the country is more polarized, so no one, not Warren, nor any other liberal champion will be able to get much done.

Back in '07 I openly predicted that the US very well may be having themselves a black president. Several of my fellow GFY'selfers (including a few in this very thread) shot back the old "it'll never happen" at me. I love when people say that to my predictions. Love it. "never happen" indeed.

Fast forward to present day, when again I'm seeing people debating the US presidential race. And here it is, CD's official assessment of the situation.

None of the past candidates the GOP has trotted out over the last 8 years carry enough chutzpah to beat Mrs Clinton. None. So barring someone of note stepping forward very soon you very well might be in for her being your first female POTUS.

I can think of really only two names that might be able to beat her, but since neither has expressed any serious interest in running it's not worth mentioning. :D

Hey it's still early yet, someone worthy may possibly rise from the primordial muck and draw the sword for the Republicans. Sure, it could happen. Think positive, right?

Now continue on, I look forward over the next 18 months to at least 500 more threads chock full of all the great platitards, uh, platitudes, I've come to know and love...

She supposedly just rented out 2 floors of office space in NYC - only reason she'd do that is for a presidential campaign headquarters.

It's in Brooklin Heights, that's suppose to be a nice area. Yeah she will announce and she will get the democrat party behind her in her bid.

I just don't want to see a gop president in there with a gop congress. We need balance. Having a democrat president will give that balance if that democrat president works with the GOP congress, unlike that asshole in office now!
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

what's the difference. either way, hillary won't become president. the legacy of BO, the history of the position not being held by either party for more than 2 terms, the email scandal, the foreign government campaign contributions scandal, the fact that the reason people that do want her president is simply because she's female, all just off the top of my head, there are other reasons as well.

that's why i claim she is out of the race.

What about Reagan, then Bush, we had 2 years of democrats, then the GOP took control of congress, then it was Bush again 2 years later.

Go to opensecrets.org and see the kind of money that the democrats bring in, Many of the idiots on this forum are blaming the Koch Brothers, they are nothing compared to what the Democrat machine is bringing in from Unions. Put that together with the Republicans being so split up with no clear leadership as of yet. I think Hillary is a shoe in. I'm doing work for a Super Pac and I see the money, it's scary big!

since 1950 something, neither party has held the WH for longer than 2 terms. there is no reason to think that record will be broken in 2016.

each candidate will have to raise ~$1 billion to run. whoever they are. i actually don't think that is going to be a problem for either party.

Reagan held for 2 terms, then Bush for one, that's 3 terms total.

Politics has changed a lot in just the last couple decades, we use to have moderates on both sides, we don't have them anymore, which sucks.

Yes, I think both sides will raise one hell of a lot of money, neither side will suffer from lose of revenue. I do believe the Democrats are better at raising money right now, but that changes.

While it's a good read and I agree under normal circumstances that it would probably be true, but if Hillary gets the party Vote, it will mark something that has never happened, the Wife of a Popular Ex President running for President.
