the easiest way to find male talent is set up a mirror in a public place and interview the guys that stay and stare at themselves for 20-30 min

Out of curiosity, why would you rather have someone in Toronto doing it? Of course we can ship/upoad the content to anywhere. Is it that you want Toronto models?
