I was happy with the mailing they did for me, I sent him almost $4k to mail to my newsletter and he didn't rip me off. I heard he owed that Sin Host guy a couple hundred bucks for hosting from a long time ago, I don't know if that's true or not, but either way his hosting is not a rip off. Also it's my understanding the guy who posts here as Bulletproof is a guy named Craig who works with Grant Millar. I sent the money to Grant, though.

He lives in my city, and I've met him in person, he's not a bad guy. We've heard he owes Sin Host a couple hundred bucks. We've heard he owes various anon nicks hundreds of thousands (lol), all I know is that I got what I paid for, and I know a couple other GFY regulars are with him now to.

I've confirmend that the name I sent money to was Grant Millar, from what I know he is a partner in the operation. But you're right, what I have yet to see confirmed is that there is anything wrong with the service these guys offer. From my experiances with them Grant and Rusty and everyone else there are top notch people.

Maybe one of them has had problems in the past, I really don't care. Show proof there is anything dishonest going on now or go home. At least have the balls to post with your real name, everyone deffending them sure is.

This thief has been banned from my ICQ a few times over the years. Me being in hosting I have dealt with quite a few people ripped off by him.

In a search to see who owns and operates the so called bullet proof hosting (always know your competitors) I have talked to storm hosting on ICQ and have confirmed that it is indeed Grant Millar. I have again banned this guy from my ICQ.

He has in the past tried to sell "opt-in" mailing lists which turned out to be nothing more than web generated lists. Now he is pushing this "Bullet Proof Hosting" which every IP address he gave to me came back to cogent lines. When I questioned him on how someone can send mail directly through those lines he replied with "they can't they must send through a proxy".

Not to mention like I said I have many friends in the hosting industry one of them being Brad from sinhost and it's very public knowledge this guy ripped Brad off.


So this is just another in the long scheme of rip offs for this guy.

First, I stand by everything I've ever posted on GFY. For me, if it's from today or a year ago I mean what I say and say what I mean. I've posted on this subject before, y'all can do the research but I'm not going to dig up old bones.

Why?

For better or worse, I'm at peace with a lot of things now. I just want to be left alone. I devote a tremendous amount of time to SinHost and SinTalk and with a baby due in the next week or two I've got plenty on my mind and tons of work to get done.

Amidst alot of the chaos, drama, cheating and lying that takes place in our industry there are lots of great people. My best advice to everyone here is to always proceed with caution, stay honest and work hard... if you chase the easy buck you're ultimately the creator of your own misery.

Eventually, we all get screwed. Nothing has ever come easy to me and I've had lots of expensive lessons. The only pearl of wisdom worth sharing is that after you fight the good fight you need to get back to work. The negative energy, thoughts and fantasies of vengence won't grow your business or make you sleep any better at night. In all of my experiences, the debts never, ever get repaid.

I am the owner of Storm Network Services. Proud Owner. I do know Grant, I know him as Dice. I don't believe I have Grant's last name any where. Sounds like it's the same person. Storm Hosting is a little to close to the name I've established for me, but hey, it's a free Internet. I've not been posting here for the last month or so, had started posting here about a month before that. Decided to wait until my website was finished. I do know Grant. We've done some bussiness together and he's alway been great with me. He told me that he did have a $300 debt with someone. He seems to be getting mixed reviews here. Grant is providing hosting and so am I. There's lots of room here for many providers.

I've seen times when clients are incompetant and blame the hosting. Most of my customers will give you glowing reports about me, especially in regards to honesty and support. But I could, thought I wont, send you to a couple who are not happy with me at all.

But I could go on what I see here which are words, or I could go with what I know about Grant myself. I did ask someone here for more information, but I've not heard from them.

I've been watching this thread, not quite sure how to respond to it or if I even should.

I don't know what's gone on with Grant in the past. Seems he's had some problems. But then others seem very happy with him. You know, there's a difference between a scammer and someone that things don't work out with. A lot of times, people come to the wrong conclussion due to poor communication. I come to the wrong conclusion all the time myself, but now rather than act on it, I ask if what I'm thinking is right or not right.

I find it very difficult to believe Grant is a con man and I'm a very suspicious person. I usually spot them a mile away. With Grant, everything he's told me he was going to do, he's done. We've had communication issues though where both of us caused the problem.

We are not the same. I have done business with him and I do know him. He's been nothing short of exceptinal and honest in his dealings with me.

I have a feeling some people need to talk about stuff. I think the individiual is that started this post is. And I think I know why he's upset. If so, he tends to jump to conclusions and does things to cause himself problems. He's a little bit hyper and nervous which this business does to many of us. I hope you'll contact me, I'd like to talk to you and see if you are who I think you are. You might want to put down your sword and try to work things out.

I promise my customers honesty and hard work, and they get it.

I've never really done any business with Dice but, I have talked to him and he seems like a good guy.. With fake names and nothing to back this shit up your really not saying anything to change my mind about dice..
