MSNBC correspondent Jeremy Lancaster sat down with government official Darrin Cornia to discuss recent rumors that have been in circulation in regard to registered motorcycle owners being placed on a classified FBI gang list.

Darrin Cornia who currently holds a position within the National Security Branch of the government agreed to complete transparency prior to the interview with MSNBC?s Jeremy Lancaster and did remain direct and seemingly forthright throughout his conversation with Lancaster.

After a few moments of introduction, Lancaster bluntly asked the following question,? Mr. Cornia, if I were to make the statement, all registered motorcycle owners are currently showing on a classified FBI gang list, would the statement be true or false?

Cornia responded by saying, ?That would be a true statement, the FBI has been collecting and compiling Department of Motor Vehicles and Drivers License Division records for the purpose of adding those that own motorcycles to a classified gang list since 1994.

We're all being profiled in some way these days.

Just in the last few months I've learned about smart TV's that allow certain people to listen in on you, conversations in your living room, etc. Or cars that have new tracking technology which can allow law enforcement or insurance companies to track your whereabouts, travel habits, or to verify your story when making an accident claim. Our buying habits are also being tracked 1000 times more than at any time in history.

All sounds so innocent but my question is what else is all this tech inovation being used for? I wonder what special sort of list they have for people earning money in the evil shady online porn trade, for example.

if you are, everything you do is tracked. Your gmail account is gone thru to load the ads you see , If you have a cell phone, might as well forget about privacy. They say they are not profiling us, but they are. I've seen cops on the side of the road in backed out SUv's pulling over cars profiled as high risk for drugs. They tear apart the car with no intention of paying for repair costs if they are wrong

Any mention of people who own a Vespa? I've wanted one for years and was thinking that this may be the year where I actually go out and get one. But I'm not so sure it'll be worth the hassle if it means they'll put me on some stupid list. I used to live right down the block from Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker and he had one in this awesome powder blue color but it must have been custom made or vintage because all the new ones are using a different shade of blue so I was planning to just go with silver. You seem to know a lot about a lot of stuff so by any chance do you happen to know what their deal is with the new blue? I just can't see why they would have switched from the old one. It was classic.
