That's what I'm thinking. But they couldn't have a bunch of tattoos and flashy jewelry either. And they couldn't already be known gang members.

I used to get pulled over for fake reasons when I was younger and I probably looked like a criminal. They'd give reasons like you didn't use your blinker when you switched lanes. Now that I'm older and don't draw attention to myself I haven't been pulled over in almost 10 years. Maybe just a coincidence though.
