Can someone recommend a Wordpress script that will allow us to have a paysite for our videos? We're also considering a tube option, but wanted to explore WP first.

if your members area gonna have videos then , your best option is to use tube script and lock it with htaccess and create tour outsite that locked dir.
with tube script, you will have control over
encoding
auto thumbnailing
auto publish
and much more.,

You'll also need an aggressive DMCA Agent to keep your paysite stuff off illegal tubes. Pornguardian comes to mind.

yah... don't use WP for paysites....
