Kids were playing around; kinda unusual "game", but I didn't see anyone getting hurt. Besides some religious conservatives.
What about the so nourished "freedom"? Does it only apply to shooting people?

People can learn to "fuck" like animals when they are of an appropriate age.
Little children bumping up against what seems to be much more developed girls is absolutely inappropriate and teaches these little fucks from an early age that it's all about being a "beast" and not even a little bit about respecting women and their bodies.
IF those boys haven't had sex yet at their ages of what maybe 9-10? They will very soon and then their parents will complain when they get a 13 year old pregnant.

Has 0 % to do with freedom? I remember one thread where USA folks cried because US gov wanted some regulation (I don't remember what) regarding how to raise kids.

And inappropriate is just inappropriate. I can tell straight away many things I keep for example in US very unacceptable and wrong, but that isn't one of those things. Also the things I keep very wrong are totally OK for many people around here. People's views differ, and the topic isn't even about killing somene. Maybe you should think why people find it more disturbing that kids have some sexual oriented "playing" than they are about killing other people. What about the killing part? Kids learn that it is OK to kill other citizens? Teenages having baby still brings life, not takes it. So, which one "bad parenting" is more bad?Comment

I don't have kids of my own, at least yet, but I have been kid myself. Not that we would have had that kind of stuff around here back then. I don't even like the whole "Yo, yo nigga."- rap stuff or whatever. This "dance" being derivate from that, I don't like it either, but I don't have to like everything, and I don't condemn everything I don't personally like. If I feel that I don't like it objectively either, that is another thing.

Not everything regarding kids is a big deal. Or if we start taking things seriously; what about criminalizing eating junk food to kids and or making them fat? After these really acute and serious health hazards to kids have been removed, we can talk about this inappropriate "dagger-dancing".
Oh, I forgot the punishment. Maybe the one you suggested will do for these fat or seriously overweight kids parents.
