              However from the UK I dont get that result. Neither on the .co.uk or on the .com

                      There is more like this coming up. Some of them are good / not bad. There is always that feedback link. It looks like they may want to show this on the top, and get some kind of feedback from people. I am not sure who would be reading / going over this though ("Why do you think so?" part).

                                      OK, this is new, I also see it (not the exact same one of course) and I'm in Bulgaria; it's a rectangular thing on top, probably a sponsored one or just Google trying a new thing, and there's a "Feedback" link also.

                                      Google's up to no good again, prepare the lube everybody, you're about to get screwed for the tiny bit of SE traffic you have left.
