I think if the UN wants they should kick us (USA) out. This way we stop giving so much money abroad and using in our own country.

I would also like to add that one of the reasons China's economy is doing so well is it's trade with the US.

I started this thread because I was not surprised to see that many people would like to see the US out of the UN. What they don't see how much we contribute to the world through the UN as far as world aid and many other things.

There is so much shit going on in the world and the US can not make it all perfect. In fact look at Argentina it's been taken over by a self proclaimed dictator and we have not invaded it. They have huge oil supplies but they are not a terrorist threat to the US so basically we stay out and hope their people can get democracy back in their country.

I would also like to add that one of the reasons China's economy is doing so well is it's trade with the US. I started this thread because I was not surprised to see that many people would like to see the US out of the UN. What they don't see how much we contribute to the world through the UN as far as world aid and many other things. There is so much shit going on in the world and the US can not make it all perfect. In fact look at Argentina it's been taken over by a self proclaimed dictator and we have not invaded it. They have huge oil supplies but they are not a terrorist threat to the US so basically we stay out and hope their people can get democracy back in their country.

Is that the core of the administration are quite zealously Christain and see everything in terms of good/evil, black and white things aren't that simple. Iraq there's no good reason the USA can't wait three months for their war to try and placate the rest of the world. If they did at least that it might appear that they gave a shit. A good reason is not we've already waited 12 years. The real reason is we already have our military there lets get it over with coz this shit is expensive, at least be honest. CDSmith, I'm impressed by your intellectual skills also.
